Zoetis, the maker of Cerenia, an injectable drug used to treat severe vomiting in cats and dogs, alleged in a lawsuit that Dechra’s generic version, Emavert, infringed a patent.
- Zoetis is seeking an injunction preventing Dechra from manufacturing its product until the patent expires and cash compensation if it is done before that time, according to a lawsuit filed Friday in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware
