Woman Gaga’s canine recovered unhurt, Gaga calls injured canine walker ‘a hero’

Lady Gaga, her stroller and her beloved French Bulldogs made headlines this week. Didn’t you follow the disturbing saga? This is what we know.

What happened to Lady Gaga’s dog walker?

On Wednesday evening, a male suspect Lady Gaga’s dog walker Ryan Fischer shot and wounded and stole two of her three French Bulldogs, Koji and Gustav, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The third dog, Miss Asia, was not accepted. The theft occurred in Hollywood around 9:40 p.m. PT, police said, and the suspect used a semi-automatic pistol and fled the scene in a white four-door Nissan Altima.

A terrible home surveillance video from TMZ shows a man jumping out of a car and confronting the dog walker and saying, “Give it up.” The men fight, and a gunshot can be heard, as well as the howling of a dog and the panicked screams of the injured victim. “Help me, I was shot. I was shot,” he yells as he lies on the ground. “Oh my God.”

KABC cited a representative from Gaga who said Fischer was being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Fischer is in stable condition, according to a police statement from Thursday evening, in which the two suspects of the robbery are also described as between 20 and 25 years old.

Where are the dogs?

The Associated Press now reports that Lady Gaga’s two dogs were recovered unharmed.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, an unnamed woman who was not involved in the original theft took the dogs to the Olympic Community LAPD Police Station. Lady Gaga’s agents confirmed that they were Gaga’s dogs.

It is unclear how the woman came into possession of the dogs.

Lady Gaga’s reaction

The singer herself is making a film in Italy (see below for more details), but on Friday she spoke about the attack for the first time in an Instagram post.

“My beloved dogs Koji and Gustav were taken two nights ago in Hollywood,” wrote Lady Gaga along with a photo of the dogs. “My heart is sick and I pray that, with an act of kindness, my family will get well again.” She offered $ 500,000 for the pet to return safely. “

Praising the injured dog walker, who is recovering in a Los Angeles hospital, Gaga wrote, “I keep loving you, Ryan Fischer. You risked your life to fight for our family. You are forever a hero.”

Why would someone steal French bulldogs?

In short, they are valuable and in demand. Puppies typically sell between $ 1,500 and $ 3,000, but they can sell far more. This isn’t the first time French bulldogs called frenchies have been stolen. In November, two French Bulldogs were stolen from the back yard of a residence in Daly City, south of San Francisco. And just last month, a woman from San Francisco reported that she had been violently assaulted and stole her 6-month-old French bulldog.

French bulldogs have large ears, large square heads, and compact muscular bodies. The American Kennel Club describes the breed as “one of the most popular small dog breeds in the world, especially among city dwellers. The Frenchie is playful, attentive, adaptable, and utterly irresistible.”

Where is Lady Gaga now?

The actor is currently in Rome shooting the new film Gucci about the famous fashion family dynasty. Lady Gaga plays Patrizia Reggiani, Italian celebrity and ex-wife of Maurizio Gucci, grandson of Gucci’s founder Guccio Gucci. Reggiani was tried and convicted for orchestrating the murder of her husband in 1995. Maurizio had two daughters with Reggiani, but he left them for another woman. Ridley Scott will direct the film based on Sara Gay Forden’s book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Tale of Murder, Madness, Glamor and Greed.

Her fans have used the singer’s social media accounts to express their grief over the attack.

“I’m so sorry to read this. I hope your babies are with you again soon,” wrote a fan on an Instagram picture of Gaga and her dogs.

The singer’s father, Joe Germanotta, spoke to the New York Post.

“We’re just sick about it, it’s really awful,” said Germanotta. “It’s like someone took one of your children away.”

Who is the injured dog walker?

According to the New York Post, 30-year-old Ryan Fischer recently moved from New York to Los Angeles. One of his Instagram pages, Valley of the Dogs, has photos of Gaga’s dogs, as well as many other canines.

The investigation is still ongoing. “Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery Homicide Division, Robbery Special Section, are seeking public help in providing information that would lead to the identification and arrest of violent street robbery suspects,” the LAPD said in a statement.
