Clive Elwood, former RCVS specialist in small animal medicine and previously managing director of Davies Veterinary Specialists, created Trellis Leadership Coaching to support others in their careers with mentoring and coaching.

Clive said, “Studying for the Masters was intellectually and emotionally difficult. The emphasis was on psychology and relationships, working to the highest standards of ethical coaching practice. It developed not only my coaching skills, but mine as well Given the opportunity to question the drivers and motivations behind my career choices and integrate them into a broader appreciation of life and my ‘self’. I am incredibly proud of this achievement and I am aware of the privilege that has been granted to me. “
Clive’s service typically includes six two-hour sessions designed to help you develop skills, behaviors, and behaviors that will make you a better leader, especially if you come from a clinical setting where you are used to completely different to use skills.
Clive, who is also a Senior Practitioner for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, added: “In my practice as a coach, I am grateful for the opportunity to support others, regardless of their life experiences, as they negotiate the challenges of being themselves Workplace, serving their communities. “
