LAS VEGAS – A treat awaits dogs this summer as Dunkin-themed dog toys are back and better than ever. Today, the Dunkin ‘Joy in Childhood Foundation and The Original BARK Company (NYSE: BARK) (“BARK”), the maker of BarkBox, announced a second collaboration with two “paw-like” new dog toys that your four-legged friend will be sure of Zoomies, including a dunkin ‘coffee cup serving goodies and a dunkin’ donut and bag. The dog toy will be available in participating Dunkin ‘restaurants across the country starting July 26th while supplies last. Both support the Dunkin ‘Joy in Childhood Foundation.
When Dunkin ‘fans get hold of a BARK toy for their puppy, they support the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation’s mission to bring joy to children in the fight against hunger and disease. Each BARK toy is only available for a donation to the foundation to help children who need them most and while supplies last. For a $ 12 donation at participating restaurants, diners will receive the plush dog toy Dunkin ‘Coffee Cup, which is wrinkled and filled with squeaks and has a small tab at the top that “pawrents” can lift to reveal treats for hours of fun and stimulation to hide in it. For a $ 15 donation, guests will receive a Dunkin ‘Domutt To-Go 2-in-1 toy, and dog parents can hide goodies in the crazy crinkle-to-go bag with a plush, strawberry-glazed donut that topped with additional sprinkles and filled with is squeaker.
BARK toys are known to be light, durable, and perfect for dogs of all ages and sizes, and these cute toys are no exception. On August 26th, dog parents can get these limited edition toys through BARKShop.com, and BarkBox and Super Chewer subscribers can get their paws on the toys as add-ons to their monthly box through Add-to-Box.
Furry BFFs can party even more with Dunkin’s new Cup for Pup. Starting August 4th, guests who bring their four-legged friends on their Dunkin ‘run can donate US $ 1 to the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation and receive a puppy trophy as a thank you. This delicious treat comes with a 4 oz whipped cream treat in a mug specially designed for a dog’s snout.
“There is an ongoing need to raise awareness and funding for children struggling with hunger or disease, and at Dunkin ‘we are always looking for meaningful ways to support this problem,” said Karen Raskopf, co-chair of the Board of Directors of Dunkin ‘Foundation Childhood Joy. “Since dogs bring so much joy in our lives to all of us, this BARK partnership and the one-day Cup for Pup program celebrate our precious companions and at the same time offer our guests the opportunity to help us raise significant donations for children in need
BARK and Dunkin’s collaboration last year raised more than $ 1.8 million in endowment programs like Dogs for Joy, which were launched in 2018 to bring full-time service dogs to children’s hospitals. The dogs bring joy, alleviate anxiety, and reduce stress for children battling disease and their families. To date, the Dunkin ‘Joy in Childhood Foundation has funded 26 service dogs in 15 hospitals that affect hundreds of thousands of young patients.
The mission of the Dunkin ‘Joy in Childhood Foundation is to bring the simple joys of childhood to children struggling with hunger or disease. It has granted more than $ 30 million since its inception in 2006 and will grant $ 7 million this year.
