The first video posted by u / tefunka on Reddit’s public freakout page begins with a woman appearing angry at her dog owner and complaining that her dog is not tied up. ..

The man who filmed the encounter asked the woman to call the woman to “call the police” and try to get her to repeat what she said earlier.

According to the New York Department of Health, anyone holding or managing a dog in public should “effectively restrain the dog with a leash or leash no longer than 6 feet.”

The woman then approaches a nearby NYPD patrol vehicle, and the dog owner continues filming her.
It is not known in the video whether NYPD was involved or the issue was resolved.
According to the New York Department of Health, anyone holding or managing a dog in public should “effectively restrain the dog with a leash or leash no longer than 6 feet.”
Anyone breaking the rule will be fined between $ 200 and $ 400.
