During an interview with dvm360® at the Veterinary HeroTM’s awards gala, part of the Fetch dvm360® Conference in Kansas City, Donna Raditic, DVM, CVA, DACVIM (Nutrition), explained what veterinary nutrition means to her, and why it is important for all patients. Donna Raditic, DVM, CVA, DACVIM (Nutrition): In my clinical experience of all the things I’ve learned, when I think about conventional medicine and preventative medicine, and even some of the complimentary stuff I have done [such as] acupuncture [and cold] lasers, I feel like sometimes I have the most profound effect with nutrition.
