When Chloe Lee’s beloved childhood cat Nicky died last year, she didn’t feel ready to say goodbye. Instead, Chloe spent 60 hours preserving Nicky so she could take pride of place on her mantelpiece. Chloe didn’t stop there – as a trained taxidermist, she’s stuffed everything from rabbits and rats to deer and squirrels. Along with a few “friends”, Chloe comes to us to explain why stuffing an animal can be the best way to deal with pet loss.
