Rose McGowan asks for prayers after her dog Perlita “was stung by something that attacks her nervous system”
Rose McGowan’s dog Perlita is currently in an unspecified health emergency.
The 48-year-old actress and activist shared the news with her Instagram followers on Monday and also wrote a short message in the caption of her post to share her thoughts on the situation.
The explanation read: “We now need all prayers to all goddesses and gods, please. Perlita was stung by something that was attacking her nervous system. We all need good thoughts. Gracias. ‘

The activist also commented on how much her dog had changed her life, noting that in the past she had been woken up regularly “2 to 3 times a night” because of her complaints.
She also encouraged her fans to welcome rescue animals into their lives, as she had in the past, although she did point out that Perlita wasn’t one of them.
“If you can save, that’s amazing. I have had 4 rescue dogs in my life that I loved very much. This time I needed a trauma-free puppy so I couldn’t save him, ”she wrote.
