Pet owners can access pet care services on Rover through petco.com and a Petco Vital Care membership.
Petco Health and Wellness Company, Inc. has partnered with Rover.com – the world’s largest online marketplace for pet care – to provide pet sitting, boarding and dog walking services to Petco customers.
“We’re excited to expand our relationship with Rover and make their leading boarding, sitting, walking and day care services more accessible to pet owners through Petco’s integrated multichannel ecosystem of solutions,” said Jenny Wolski, Petco SVP of Omnichannel Experience. into a company release.

The partnership develops Petco’s end-to-end ecosystem of health and wellness offerings (ie, pet products, training, grooming and veterinary care) by making it easier for customers to access canine and feline services on Rover directly from petco.com.
People who book these services for the first time will receive a one-time discount of $10. Members of Petcos Vital Care Offer — a paid annual program that offers pet owners a comprehensive wellness plan for a simpler, more affordable way to care for their pet’s overall health — will receive a one-time $20 discount on their booking beginning in Spring 2022.
Petco customers and Vital Care members have access to a variety of Rover services including:
- Enter: Overnight pet care in the comfort of a babysitter’s apartment
- house sitting: Overnight pet sitting or pet sitting services at the pet’s home
- Walk with the dog: A walk in the pet’s neighborhood
- Dog daycare: Animal care during the day in the pet sitter’s house
- Drop-in visits: For toilet breaks, short play dates and litter box cleaning
