As part of the transaction, Ethos shareholders will invest a significant portion of their investment in shares of NVA. In addition, NVA has announced a $10 million donation to Ethos Discovery, a pioneering non-profit scientific and medical incubator dedicated to advancing the diagnostic and therapeutic treatment of complex diseases, including cancer research.
