Marquette lady presents cell canine massages

MARQUETTE, me. (WLUC) – A woman offers a massage service for the four-legged members of your household.

Alice Reynolds founded Four Paws Massage 906, a mobile dog massage service, in 2017. She said she was going home because dogs are more comfortable in their own surroundings.

Massages last around 15 to 30 minutes and can be done for all ages and sizes of dogs. She asks the owners to clear away all other pets and children so that the dogs are as relaxed as possible during the massage.

The massages help with increased blood flow, arthritis and rehab after surgery.

She also said it was better to hire a professional canine massage therapist, as pets could have injuries that their owners are unaware of.

“Canine massage practitioners go to school and have knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and all twelve different systems in the body,” Reynolds said.

She said her services do not heal injured dogs, but they do help with the healing process. Reynolds works with veterinarians as dogs are brought back to health.

To book a massage with Reynolds, call them at 906-360-3073.
