DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – The Dallas Police Department is soliciting public assistance in identifying a man who shot and injured a large laboratory-type black dog multiple times on March 3.
The suspect entered the store at 2107 McDaniel Drive and aimed at the dog sitting on a tire in the sun. The surveillance video shows that he shoots several times and the dog takes off in pain.

Police said the man was driving a Green 2006 Chevrolet Silverado Texas license plate KRL1302.
