LEE COUNTY, Florida – The Lee County Domestic Animal Services dog adoption center is nearing capacity.
LCDAS officials said residents are invited to “pit stop” at his facility in August as adoption fees for all dogs over £ 30 are $ 20.
The adoption fee for all pets includes neutering / neutering surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, heartworm tests for dogs six months and older, feline AIDS and leukemia testing for cats, a Lee County license for pets three months and older, microchip Pet ID and a 10-day health check-up.
According to LCDAS, the entire introductory package is valued at more than $ 600.
Adoption times are Monday through Saturday, 10:30 am to 3:30 pm at the shelter, 5600 Banner Drive in Fort Myers. It is located next to the Lee County Sheriff’s office on Six Mile Cypress Parkway.
