The Purdue University Board of Trustees approved faculty promotions on April 9, including the promotion of eight faculty members at the College of Veterinary Medicine. Promotions are for the 2021-22 academic year as per the exact dates below:
Associate Professor
- Dr. Abigail D. Cox, Associate Professor of Veterinary Anatomical Pathology in the Comparative Pathobiology Department, valid from July 1st
- Dr. Dianne Little, Associate Professor of Basic Medical Sciences in the Department of Basic Medical Sciences, effective August 16
- Dr. Rebecca P. Wilkes, Associate Professor of Molecular Diagnostics in the Comparative Pathobiology Department, valid from July 1st
- Dr. Andrew D. Woolcock, Associate Professor of Internal Medicine for Small Animals in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences, effective July 1
To the Clinical Associate Professor
- Dr. Aimee C. Brooks, Clinical Associate Professor of Emergency and Critical Care for Small Animals in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences, effective July 1
- Dr. Christopher M. Fulkerson, Clinical Associate Professor of Veterinary Oncology in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences, effective July 1
- Dr. Paula A. Johnson, Clinical Associate Professor of Emergency and Intensive Care for Small Animals in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences, effective July 1
Scientific associate professor
- Dr. Bennett D. Elzey, Research Associate Professor of Comparative Pathobiology in the Department of Comparative Pathobiology, valid from August 16
