The Eau Claire City-County Health Department is seeking help locating a dog that has bitten a woman, Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at around 2:40 p.m.40
The bite occurred on the north side of Birch Street (near the Sunoco gas station). The dog was described as a black lab mix with a shock collar and blue leash. The dog was led by a white, bald male with a white T-shirt in a wheelchair together with a female in a purple coat and a young male.
The health and rabies status of these dogs needs to be determined. If anyone has any information about. Has
