Since becoming the practice manager in 2018, Coloccia has worked diligently to make her hospital a better place for everyone. Under her guidance, her clinic has become 100% paperless. She launched a successful campaign to improve the compliance rate for heartworm, fleas and tick prevention, and within 5 years the compliance rate rose from 8% to 32%.
