DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG) – The Dubuque City Health Department is searching for a dog involved in a recent biting incident.

Authorities said the incident occurred at around 3:40 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30, in Dubuques Pet Park on North Grandview Avenue. The dog was in the zoo at the time of the incident.

Officials believe the dog’s name could be “Rosie” and is described as a Goldendoodle-type dog, possibly wearing a teal collar.

The public health department is asking for assistance from the public in finding this dog to review its health and vaccination history.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Health Department between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at 563-589-4185 or after hours or on weekends at the law enforcement center at 563-589-4415 at 563- 589-4415.
