Who better to model Doja Cat’s new collection for collaboration with PrettyLittleThing than the singer herself? The body awareness icon trimmed down and celebrated its natural but “juicy” curves – and seriously flat abs – on social media. She shared an Instagram post of her in a neon green bikini. “This is the beginning of something very special for me and I hope everyone enjoys this creation as much as I do!” Doja, 25, said in a press release. “A wonderful splash of color for the summer and wearable parts for the whole year.” In honor of the actress’s new start, read on to hear 5 things she said about self-love – and to see the eye-catching bikini look she used to launch the new line.

This picture of PrettyLittleThing x Doja Cat says it all. “I don’t have to be like anyone other than myself,” she told Crack. “That sounds so cheesy, but there were times when I felt like a little duck and just did what the mom duck did. I made my own leap of faith.” The new apparel collection features “transitional pieces to change your mood,” according to PrettyLittleThing, encouraging you to “serve the body in curvaceous silhouettes, make it look twice in barely visible bare pieces, and live your bad girl’s reality in lashes of leather.” “

She is particularly unsure of one part of the body, but has found an item of clothing that will help her show off her assets with pride. “I fight a lot because I have a really fat one [behind] and nothing else on my body goes with it, “she said Crack. “It’s like stealing someone else’s bottom half. If I can find pants that hug everything and act as a spanx … I’m on top of the world.”

In an interview with Cosmopolitan Middle EastDoja revealed that she has battled body image issues her entire life. “When I grew up I definitely had body dysmorphism. Without a doubt. And I’ve had it ever since. It started in my youth where I think it starts for a lot of people. I’ve really started to grow and I never really thought of myself looked good in a lot of the things I wore, “she said.

Doja’s music has helped her with self-acceptance. “I feel like this song [Juicy] was therapeutic for me. I kind of made it for myself – at least the meaning behind it. I kind of did it for my own happiness and I have a feeling that other people can definitely enjoy it a little too, “she said in the same interview.” Now I’m just trying to focus on eating well, but I’m definitely still struggling a bit with body dysmorphism now. But I guess that’s totally to be expected when all these phones are in your face, right? “

“No no no!” she said VladTV during an interview when asked if she was having – or considering – plastic surgery. “I wouldn’t have my lips done, I wouldn’t have my nose done,” she added. She also revealed that she had received a number of unwanted criticisms of her boobs after wearing a chain bikini top on Instagram. “It hurt my feelings, of course,” but she says she doesn’t care.
