Married again

Duane Chapman has married for the sixth time. On September 2, Dog the Bounty Hunter married Francie Frane in Colorado Springs, Colorado. While friends and family were present, two notable faces were absent: his daughters Cecily and Bonnie Chapman, neither of whom were invited. The women believe they have been removed from the guest list for their support for the Black Lives Matter movement. Earlier this week, Dog denied that was a reason, claiming he was a supporter of BLM. He even said he had a “passport” to use the N word, which was not well received. Who gave him this passport? “The brothers,” he said. He added, “I have more black friends than Eminem.”

It’s been a very big month for Britney Spears! On September 12, both she and her boyfriend of almost five, Sam Asghari, announced that he had asked the question. Britney first shared the news on Instagram while showing off her ring in a video of her and Sam posing together. “I can’t fucking believe it,” she wrote. The ring was designed by the New York jeweler Roman Malajew. The couple later confirmed that they will sign a prenuptial agreement. Britney’s attorney has also officially petitioned to terminate the conservatoires.

Are you getting the message?

After less than a year of dating, Scott Disick and Amelia Gray Hamlin – who is 19 years his junior – are over. The split came in early September, just days after Scott sent a snappy message via ex Kourtney Kardashian criticizing her PDA with her new boyfriend Travis Barker to another of her other former loved ones, Younes Bendjima. (On the message, Scott came across as jealous.) Many of Amelia’s Instagram followers bombed her social media pages to urge her to end things with Scott. There are different accounts of who ended things. Even so, it doesn’t sound like this will come as a surprise. “The split was imminent, but the Younes DM was the last straw,” a source told TMZ. Weeks later, Scott allegedly tried – and failed – to win the model back.

Legend lost

One of the reigning comedy kings is dead. Norm Macdonald, one of the most popular cast of “Saturday Night Live” in the 90s, died on September 14th after a secret battle with cancer. Deadline reported that Norm had privately battled the disease for nine years. The comic, which delighted fans with its dry wit and expressionless portrayal, kept its health problems hidden from even its closest people. After his death, many in the comedy world mourned and paid tribute to Norm. Several late night hosts even wept in the air. Adam Sandler tweeted: “We all loved Norm. Some of the hardest laughs of my life with this man. The most fearless original funny guy we knew. An incredible father. Great friend. A legend. Dave Letterman called Norm the “Cy Young Lifelong Winner in Comedy.” At the Emmys 2021 on September 19, several stars paid tribute to Norm.

divorce

This is the conclusion of Kaley Cuoco’s second marriage. On September 3, People magazine published a joint statement by Kaley and Karl Cook announcing that they will go their separate ways after three years of marriage. “Despite a deep love and respect for one another, we have come to realize that our current paths have led us in opposite directions,” they said. “We both shared so much of our trip publicly. While we would prefer to keep this aspect of our private life private, together we wanted to be open about our truth. There is no anger or hostility, on the contrary, this decision shared with an immense measure of respect and consideration for one another and asking you to do the same to understand that we are not sharing or commenting on further details. “The couple’s romance was puzzling fans often, as they tied the knot in 2018 but didn’t live together full-time for the first two years of their marriage.

Attitude to viral vaccines

Nicki Minaj was trending in mid-September for her stance on the COVID-19 vaccine, and that had to do with her cousin’s friend’s testicles and a canceled wedding, among other things. Nicki caused a stir for the first time after she hinted that she would not attend the Met Gala on Sept. 13 because she required a vaccination. “They want you to get vaccinated for the Met. If I get vaccinated, it won’t be for the Met. As soon as I feel I’ve done enough research. I’m working on that now,” she tweeted. Then she told a story that raised her eyebrows: “My cousin in Trinidad is not going to get the vaccine because his friend got it and became impotent,” she wrote. “His testicles are swollen. His boyfriend was weeks before the marriage, now the girl has canceled the wedding. It has been widely debunked as vaccine misinformation, including by officials in her native Trinidad and the United States. The rapper – who also revealed she contracted COVID-19 while filming a video recently – later said she was invited to the White House to discuss her stance, but government officials pushed back, saying the music star was only becoming offered a phone call with a White House doctor.

During his conversation with Seth, John shared about his drug abuse battles and rehab stays, and described how the nightly host and other friends helped conduct an intervention. “I love you, Seth. You know you saved me from drugs. And Olivia and this baby helped me save myself from myself and that early journey from recovery, ”he said.

Acclaimed actor Michael K. Williams was found dead at his home in New York City on September 6. Ring thing

California State Prisoner

Allison Mack has a new name: California Inmate No. 90838-053. On September 13, the former “Smallville” actress reported to the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California to serve her three-year sentence for her role in recruiting people for NXIVM, which has been disguised as a sex cult as a support group. (Allison has been accused of forcing women to have sex with the group’s leader, Keith Raniere.) Several women have also been branded with Allison and Keith’s initials. The actress, who pleaded guilty to extortion and conspiracy in one case, actually started her jail term two weeks earlier than planned. After she comes out, Allison will be on a supervised release for another three years. In 2020 Keith was sentenced to 120 years in prison for his crimes.

COVID claim

Famed podcaster Joe Rogan caught COVID-19 and treated himself with a livestock worming agent that the FDA has warned about. In an Instagram video shared on September 1, the former “Fear Factor” presenter said he felt sick after being on the street doing shows and had tested positive for COVID-19 been. Joe, who has railed against vaccine mandates and, to some extent, the vaccine itself, said he threw “the kitchen sink” on the virus and checked a laundry list of drugs he was taking, including ivermectin. NBC News reported that ivermectin is not an antiviral drug and is generally used to treat or prevent parasites in animals such as horses. For much of August and September the internet was flooded with theories that ivermectin could cure COVID, but these ideas have been widely discredited by medical professionals and scientists. Joe thanked “modern medicine” for helping him feel better.
