Robert Vibrick, President of the newly formed National Animal Welfare Board, said in his presentation that more and more people are becoming interested in animal welfare and what can be done for the animals around us. A characteristic of the age group from 14 to 30 years old is that they have a full chest with a dog, an animal accompanied by beatings or torture, or a wild animal poisoned by a bullet. Anyone who wishes to do this to protect the animal has faced a difficult task that requires serious education and attitudes.

As part of the conference, the award ceremony for the “Animal Care Kindergarten 2021” competition, which was organized by the editorial team of “Animal Protection for Children” and brought into being with the professional support of the TE Animal Welfare Center, took place. The certificates of the first three winners and the special award were presented by Rector Peter Suttony. The first call for proposals received 81 contributions from across the country. It was surprising that, due to the great demand, all secondary day-care centers were given the title “Animal Kindergarten”, which can be used for one year this year.
