Law360 (April 2, 2021, 9:28 p.m. EDT) – An entertainment company that had planned to produce a now-canceled show called “Dog Unleashed” starring a former reality TV star named Dog the Bounty Hunter has filed a lawsuit against a CBD – Companies alleged to have illegally used the licensed trademark to sell “Dog Unleashed CBD” despite a judge later saying the lawsuit did not show material jurisdiction.

Unleashed Entertainment LLC said in the lawsuit filed in Colorado federal court on Wednesday that CBD Global Sciences partnered with Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman to illegally use the brand name for more than $ 100,000 allegedly to make improper profits. Chapman is in arbitration …
