CAT orders FC H & ME’s salary to be stopped; DB keeps CAT order in absentia

Jammu, March 26: The Bench Division, comprised of Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Judge Sindhu Sharma, has overruled the Central Administrative Court’s order to suspend the salary of the Jammu and Kashmiri Government’s Finance Commissioner for Health and Medical Education.
After hearing the sides, the DB ordered: “Pending further orders from this court, the order to suspend the salaries of the finance commissioner, the Department of Health and Medical Education, the government of Jammu and Kashmir remains pending.”
