CHICAGO (CBS) – A cat landed safely and walked away after jumping out of the window of a burning building on the fifth floor Thursday.
The fire broke out on the fifth floor of the six-story apartment building on 65th Street and Lowe Avenue Thursday afternoon, the fire department said. Officials called a still-and-box alarm for the fire, which was contained in a unit and quickly put out.
