Candice’s dark blonde locks were styled in soft waves that curled neatly over her shoulders as she later fed her dog while she sat on the stairs.
She adopted her beloved dog and said of the experience, “I adopted my dog Sybil and she brought my life more joy than I could ever have imagined. The adoption process was simple and straightforward and it has enriched my life for the better. ‘
The glowing snaps come after she describes her battle with being diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and how it has affected her mental health.

On Vicky Pattison’s podcast, The Secret To, she said, “It’s so much worse now. My mental health has deteriorated a lot over the past few years.
“One of the things about me and the ADHD and the fear, and when they fight – and they fight against each other. It’s just a whole minefield, but I’m working on it. ‘
Candice revealed that one of her biggest mistakes is procrastinating, an issue she only seems to fight under pressure.

During an appearance on Loose Women, she said, “I’ve spent so many years feeling ashamed of this mental health. I suffered trauma that led to depression and PTSD.

“How the hell I’m still going I don’t know. But it was just a lot to take, a lot to handle. ‘
