Britney allegedly knocked the housekeeper ‘s phone out of her grasp after taking one of her dogs to the vet, according to TMZ.

The alleged incident occurred at Britney’s home on Monday, and the Ventura County Sheriff’s Deputies responded.

British officials reportedly told police that she had taken one of the singer’s dogs to be examined because she said she was not satisfied with the pet’s treatment.

She claimed on her return that she and Britney had gotten into a disagreement over the puppy’s health, which allegedly resulted in the 39-year-old tapping the phone right out of the housekeeper’s hands.

The housekeeper filed a complaint with the sheriff following the alleged incident.

Britney and her team denied the claims made against her, saying the housekeeper was making it up.

This investigation follows shortly after Britney scored a major victory in the ongoing Conservatory case.

Papa Jamie agreed to step down as restorer of her property earlier this month.

The move comes after years of the singer begging for the patriarch to be removed from the conservatory that has controlled her life for over 13 years.
