Dr. Thomas Doker

Helwig Jennings Prize
Dr. Thomas Doker (Georgia ’90), Aiken, South Carolina, for his outstanding and longstanding service to the ACVPM. Dr. Doker is a public health officer with the Air Force serving as the public health flight commander at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. He is a diplomat with the ACVPM and serves a third term as the college’s secretary-treasurer.

Dr.  ChapmanDr. Alice Chapman

Distinguished Diplomate Award
Dr. Alice Chapman (North Carolina State ’91), Phoenix, for significant contributions to the specialty of veterinary preventive medicine. Dr. Chapman is the director of the Masters of Public Health program at Midwestern University, where she also serves as an assistant professor of public health and epidemiology. She is a diplomat for the ACVPM.

DR. LivingDr. Greg Habing

Frank A. Todd President’s Award
Dr. Greg Habing (Illinois ’04), Columbus, Ohio, for meritorious service to the ACVPM. Dr. Habing is an associate professor of preventive veterinary medicine at Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. As a diplomat at the ACVPM, his research focuses on antimicrobial control and infectious diseases in farm animals. Dr. Habing is an immediate past Chairman of the ACVPM Audit Committee.
